What we collect
When you use the consultation form we collect your name, email, phone number, the topic you choose and the message you write. Our site also records anonymous visit statistics.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to check for conflicts of interest and, if you become a client, to open a file. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the lawyers and staff who need it. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf under written agreements.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted where the law allows. Write to privacy@wrenashby.example and we will reply within thirty days.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to run it and to count visits without identifying you. There are no advertising cookies.
